Jordan Gregory set for 9th Season on the High Road!
Jordan Gregory will remain with the team for the 2025-26 season, making this his 9th consecutive year on the High Road.
Streatham Ice Hockey Club is delighted to confirm the return of Jordan Gregory.
Gregory joined the RedHawks in 2017 following the closure of the Wightlink Raiders. Since then, he has played a key role in Streatham’s success, bringing a consistent, hard-hitting presence to the blue line. Known for his dependable defensive play and readiness to stand up for his teammates, Gregory has been an integral part of the team’s achievements in recent years.
Jordan had the following to say on his return:
“I’m excited to be back at the high road for another season, ready to play in front of our amazing fans once again. Last season didn’t go the way the team or I had hoped, but we took away some important lessons. With some new additions Coach Paynts has brought in and the hunger within the squad after last season’s results, there is a real sense of promise around this group. We’re ready to work hard and make this season one to remember”.
“Jords is another part of our core here in Streatham and I think last season was one of his best seasons in recent years. He has a great shot from the point that he utilised well last year while maintaining his physical and no-nonsense style. He does the basics well and I am excited to have him back at the club for another year. This is Jords 9th year at the club and there is no coincidence that, Cornish, Carr, Farn and I have had him in the squad for that long”.
