RedHawks maintain London Cup hopes

Streatham blew off the festive cobwebs making it four wins out of four in the London Cup.

Michael Farn's men hit the ice for the first time in just under a month for the game in Romford, and showed no signs of rust with an 8-2 win at the Sapphire Centre.

A brace each from Ben Paynter and Vanya Antonov, added to lone efforts from Michael Farn, Danny Ingoldsby, Scott Bailey and Conner Smith to send the travelling Streatham fans home happy.

For Romford it was Adam Erskine and Tom Wilson with the goals.

Nate Gregory started the game between the pipes and Tom Annetts took a spell towards the end of the game.

Streatham return to league action on Sunday night with a home game against Slough Jets. Tickets on sale now HERE.
