Going for gold as Ingoldsby returns for next season!
Player’s player and Supporter’s player of the season confirmed as returning to SW16!
After being awarded both Player and Supporter's Player of the Season at this year's End of Season Awards Night, Streatham IHC are thrilled to confirm leading goal scorer Danny Ingoldsby will return for the upcoming new season.
The prolific Guildford junior joined the RedHawks in the 2019-20 season, quickly becoming a fan favourite on the High Road with his intense, high-scoring style of play.
Having an undoubtedly strong second half of the season and a constant threat in front of net, scoring 37 goals as well as 26 assists over 33 games, Ingoldsby is expected to form a formidable offensive partnership once again with the team.
Coach Ben Paynter commented:
"Getting Danny signed back up for the coming season was a priority of mine. His goal scoring capabilities speak for themselves but Danny brings more than just offence to our line up. He can play in all situations, is reliable to do his job and is one of the hardest workers in our squad. His compete level and want to win is infectious and that can sometimes be hard to find!"
Danny commented:
