Fans favourite Brandon Miles is ready to suit up again

Streatham IHC are delighted to welcome back Brandon Miles to the High Road for another season.
The 23 year old winger enjoyed the last seasons four cup wins. A fantastic season by anyone’s standards. Brandon came up through the junior ranks at Slough and first arrived in Streatham in 2014/15 under the tenure of Warren Rost where he impressed with his raw energy and hard-nosed style of hockey. Spells at Bracknell, Invicta and the Raiders followed and now he enters his second consecutive season in SW16 with a league and cup winners medal in the bag.
“Coming back to Streatham was my main priority! After the last couple of seasons and finally being a part of a winning team that was all I had in mind. I can’t wait for the upcoming season!”
Miles begins a new roster that new Player/Coach Ben Paynter who is very happy to begin this seasons announcements with the tough scorer suiting up again in red and white week in, week out.
“When I started to look at how the team will shape up this year, Brando was one of my key players I wanted to secure. He brings physicality, skill and sticks up for his team mates.
He is loved by all of his team mates and is part of our core here at streatham that we want to keep together”.
