RedHawks shut out Thunder in Mk

MK Thunder 0 Streatham IHC 11

Streatham extended their winning run in 2020 with a convincing 11-0 road win at Milton Keynes Thunder. The hosts were buoyed pre-game as 24 hours earlier they'd beaten Raiders Jnr for their first win of the season.

Any confidence of taking a four point weekend was soon dampened as Nate Gregory got a 21 shot shut out for the RedHawks while the scorers spread out across the roster in a goal laden encounter.

Captain Michael Farn, Rhys McCormick and Adam Wood scored two each to add to goals from Adam Carr, Conner Smith, Ben Paynter, Rupe Quiney and debutant Luke Brittle.

Midway through the game Wood also dropped the gloves with Niall Simpson to add to the storyline.

Streatham take a break from league action next weekend as they take on Invicta Dynamos in the two legged NIHL South Cup Final.
